My Approach

My approach as a mental health therapist is rooted in authenticity, positivity, and open-mindedness. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and accepted—where you can show up as your whole self, no matter what that looks like on any given day.

 

I take a collaborative and strengths-based approach, focusing on your unique story, goals, and values. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, uncover the strengths you already have, and develop tools to help you navigate life’s ups and downs. I blend evidence-based techniques with warmth, humor, and a genuine belief in your capacity to grow and heal.

 

For me, being open-minded means creating a safe, inclusive space where diverse identities, experiences, and perspectives are honored and celebrated. I strive to meet you where you are, whether you’re seeking relief from anxiety, working through past wounds, or simply trying to understand yourself better.

 

Above all, I see therapy as a partnership—one built on trust, compassion, and a shared commitment to helping you live a life that feels meaningful, authentic, and aligned with your true self.
